Arty Porn with Erika Bella by Mario Salieri

What makes something artistic? That question requires a complex answer. Cinematic photography, a black & white palette, and speech in a language other than English are elements that make something appear artsy, indeed. But art is beyond superficiality. Take these clips by Italian porn director Mario Salieri featuring the lovely Erika Bella as examples.

Scene from Racconti dall’oltretomba (4 min.)

Study the composition of this frame. Interpretation: the centerpiece, a cock, assertively points its head at Bella’s lips. Her look is her response. She is ready to engulf as her bedridden husband (?) suffers in the background at the sight of her betrayal/revenge(?).

Erica the best (6 min.)

I don’t know for certain, but will assume this clip is also by Mario Salieri. The motif of a random voyeur is my evidence. Motifs, another artistic characteristic.

So, you see, to be considered art not only must a piece include textbook fundamentals, it must also allow an analyzer to decipher its message so he/she may write words, which when read out loud sound like a self-parody.

That is art.
